About Pakka Khata
Empowering Pakistan's agriculture through technology and community
Our Mission
Pakka Khata's mission is to give every adhati, beopari, cold storage operator and mill owner in Pakistan a digital khata that's simple, Urdu-first and works offline — a true replacement for the paper register. Arhat calculation, bardana deductions, lot tracking and gate pass — all automated, zero errors, zero disputes.
Our Vision
To digitize all 2,500+ mandis in Pakistan and empower 2 million+ adhatis, beoparis and agri-businesses with the best mandi software in the world — built in their language and on the terms of their mandi.
Our Impact
Built by Techzoq
Pakka Khata is built by Techzoq (Private) Limited (SECP CUIN 0320487), a Pakistani software company founded in 2023 and headquartered in Kasur, Punjab. Techzoq develops two distinct products: Pakka Khata (this site — the mandi accounting OS for adhatis, beoparis, mills and cold storages) and Kissan Market (a separate consumer agri-commerce app at kissanmarket.pk). They share a parent company but are independent products with different audiences and product teams.
What We Believe
Farmers deserve direct access to markets
We believe every farmer should have the opportunity to reach customers directly, eliminating unnecessary middlemen and maximizing their profits.
Vendors need better visibility and digital tools
Agricultural vendors should have access to modern digital tools that help them showcase their products and reach more customers efficiently.
Technology should be local, simple, and trustworthy
We build technology that understands local needs, remains simple to use, and maintains the trust that rural communities value most.
Meet Our Founders

Founder
“I come from a farming background — and I've seen first-hand how lack of access to markets, price data, or support limits a farmer's potential. This platform is our way of empowering every smallholder to thrive.”
